Platform overview

How Proclaim Extend works.

One platform, two portals. Your team runs the program from the admin portal, and your partners work from a portal that carries your brand, on your own isolated environment and web address.

Vendor, platform and partners

Your teamChannel managers, marketing, finance and administrators work in the admin portal.
Your Proclaim Extend environmentYour own isolated area of the database, on your own web address, with your branding, pages, emails and rules.
Your partnersResellers, referral partners and other channel partners use a partner portal branded as you.

What moves between you and your partners.

Deals come in to you for approval. Leads, training and content go out to partners. Marketing funds move both ways, from allocation and request to claim and payment.

Deals come in to youPartners register the deals they are working. You see likely conflicts, approve or reject with a reason, and approval starts the partner’s protection period.

Two portals, one program.

Your team runs the program from the admin portal. Your partners work it from a portal that carries your brand. Both see the same deals, funds, content and training.

For vendors: the admin portal

Channel managers, marketing, finance and administrators sign in here.

  • A dashboard showing what needs attention across the whole program.
  • Approve partner applications, register and review deals, route leads, approve and pay marketing funds, publish content and training, and see program-wide reports.
  • Control how the partner experience looks: branding, sign-up pages, emails, terms and conditions, and knowledge-base articles.
  • Role-based access, so each team member sees and does only what they should.
  • Ezra, an in-product help assistant for “where is” and “how do I” questions.

What vendors get

For partners: your branded portal

Resellers, referral partners and other channel partners sign in to a portal branded as you.

  • A dashboard of their own deals, funds, training and notifications.
  • Deal registration, with protection for the deals they register.
  • Marketing fund requests and claims.
  • A library of sales and marketing material, co-branded collateral, ready-made email campaigns and events.
  • Training courses and certifications.
  • Leads sent to them, plus tools to capture their own.
  • A performance view showing how they are doing.
  • Optionally, an AI coach that answers their questions from your own material.

What partners get

How the platform is built.

Stated plainly, so you can check each one.

White-label
Your portal name, logo, colors, email sender identity and footer, your own sign-in and sign-up pages, and your own email wording. Serve the partner portal from your own web address: point one DNS record at the platform and the secure certificate is handled automatically, with no certificate to buy or install.
Data isolation
Every vendor has a separate database area, a schema of its own. It is a documented design choice for strong separation between customers.
Audit trail
Significant actions are recorded, including staff actions taken while viewing the portal as a partner, under the staff member’s own name.
Roles and permissions
Role-based access on every request, with separate vendor and partner roles.
Hosting
Cloud hosted, with infrastructure managed as code, database backups and point-in-time recovery.
Secure by design
Secrets are stored in a managed secrets service, not in code. Uploaded files are scanned for malware before use.
Open interfaces
API keys, webhooks, and CRM and accounting connections.
Mobile-friendly
The partner portal is a responsive web application that works on phones and tablets.

Available as add-ons.
