Each vendor’s data is held in its own isolated area of the database. One vendor can never see another vendor’s partners, deals or files.
Separate data for every vendor
Every vendor has a separate database area, a schema of its own. It is a documented design choice for strong separation between customers.
Permission on every request
Access is controlled by role, with separate vendor and partner roles, and the platform checks permission on every request.
Audit trail
Significant actions are recorded, including staff actions taken while viewing the portal as a partner, under the staff member’s own name.
Hosting
Cloud hosted, with infrastructure managed as code, database backups and point-in-time recovery.
Secure by design
Secrets are stored in a managed secrets service, not in code. Uploaded files are scanned for malware before use.
Only what you choose
Optional modules such as the AI Sales Coach and lead registration are switched on per vendor, so you only get what you have chosen.

Each company manages its own users. You invite your team; partner administrators invite their colleagues.

Access is controlled by role for vendor administrators, vendor staff members, partner administrators and partner users. The platform checks permission on every request.
What happens when our staff view the portal as a partner?
Authorized staff can open the partner portal as a chosen partner or contact sees it, for a limited time. Every action taken that way is recorded under the staff member’s own name.
Are uploaded files checked?
Yes. Uploaded files, including partner terms and conditions, are scanned for malware before they can be used.
How are secrets stored?
In a managed secrets service, never in code.
