A record of every acceptance
Each acceptance is recorded per person and per version, with the time, the IP address and the browser. Your team can see who accepted which version, and when.
The record stands on its own if a question comes up.
Only when you need it
If you have not uploaded terms, partners are not asked to accept anything. An uploaded file must pass a malware scan before partners are asked to accept it.
No step in the way for a program that does not need one.
